My name is Nila, and at the core of everything I do is a deep, unshakable desire to see girls rise. What breaks my heart the most is watching young girls grow up believing they are limited by their circumstances, by poverty, by silence, or by the expectations placed on them. I have seen girls with bright, powerful potential shrink themselves because no one ever told them they mattered. This is where my journey with Fikia Dada began. I am passionate about creating spaces where girls feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe that when you empower a girl, you change the direction of an entire community. Through mentorship, education support, feeding programs, and personal connection, my work focuses on restoring dignity, building confidence, and opening doors that many girls never imagined they could walk through. I am committed to reminding every girl that her story is still being written and she deserves the chance to write it boldly.
What keeps me going is knowing that a single moment of support can change the course of a girl’s life forever. My work is not just a mission; it’s my calling, my joy, and the place where my heart feels fully alive.
